Entry-Level CAD Operator

Responsibilities:

• Produce and revise drawings in AutoCAD per engineer/PM direction
• Maintain drawing standards, layers, and file organization
• Incorporate redlines and comments into drawing sets
• Support production of general arrangement, structural, and mechanical system drawings
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow drafting standards
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred (not required):

• Associate's degree or technical certificate in drafting/CAD, or equivalent training
• Exposure to marine construction, shipyard, or offshore industry drawings
• Familiarity with mechanical/piping systems drawings
• Familiarity with vessel arrangement drawings (GA, tank plans, etc.)
