MiNO Marine is hiring Naval Architects and Marine Engineers at all levels of experience to join our growing team in New Orleans. This is a unique opportunity to work on advanced vessel design and marine engineering projects, including new construction, retrofits, and government contracts.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to engineering excellence and innovation. Entry-level and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural, stability, hydrodynamics, resistance, propulsion, and seakeeping analyses
• Conduct engineering assessments involving stress, vibration, shock, and materials
• Support vessel hull design, weight estimation, and performance modeling
• Develop feasibility studies and detailed technical reports
• Ensure compliance with classification societies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate on ship design, marine construction, and government projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field
• Must be eligible to work on U.S. Federal Government projects
• Familiarity with one or more software tools preferred:
  GHS, FEMAP/NASTRAN, Rhino3D, AutoCAD 2D, Star CCM+, OrcaFlex, Microsoft Office
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams across engineering disciplines
